Welcome to KIDS4APP, the App of KIDS4ALL, which is a Project, coordinated by the University of Turin and curated by a large network of national and international partners, intends to support children's right of access to inclusive and high-quality educational paths throughout their lives, with a particular attention to migrant children. You can find more information about KIDS4ALL in our website www.kids4all.eu.
KIDS4APP is an application that must be downloaded to your smartphone and you can enter it without registering. This APP works offline.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use, collect, share the information and uploaded content within this App. If you do not want your information processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy in general or any part of it, you should not use our APP. This policy applies to all users of KIDS4PP.
DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is CONSORTIUM AGREEMENT Key Inclusive Development Strategies for Life Long Learning - KIDS4ALLL and each of the 18 parties represented by the Coordinator University of Turin (Italy). The Data Controller is contactable to e-mail address: kids4all@unito.it.
LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
The personal data is processed by the Data Controller as necessary for the management of the App based on specific information and where necessary on the basis of consent, to offer and perform the services offered by App.
CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
KIDS4APP does not collect any data as no information of a personal or statistical nature is saved on any server. Consequently, the App does not send any personal and/or analytical data to the owners of the App and/or third parties.
DATA RECIPIENTS
To information and the content uploaded may have access only the staff of the Data Controller made up of employees and/or collaborators of the 18 partners, who act on the basis of specific instructions regarding the purposes and methods of data processing in place and by the APP's Developer.
DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHT
The interested party has the right to obtain from the Data Controller, if the conditions exist, access to their personal data as well as the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concerns him, as well as to oppose the treatment (Articles 15 ss EU Regulation 2016/679). To exercise these rights, the interested party must contact the Data Controller at the email address: kids4all@unito.it.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
If a data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her as performed via this website infringes the Regulation, he or she has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the Protection of personal data to Article 77 of the Regulation.
