The KIDS4ALLL project aims to develop a holistic lifelong learning approach to competences by promoting innovative didactics, pedagogical tools, and actively collaborative research. In addition, we aim for the results of our project to be sustainable and adopted at the regional and national levels. The project findings showed several benefits that the buddy system and the holistic lifelong learning approach implemented by the KIDS4ALLL project have in the classroom and in the inclusion of migrant students. Therefore, we actively advocate for the use of these methodologies by disseminating our work, as well as through the KIDS4ALLL policy briefs.

The KIDS4ALLL policy briefs are advocacy papers that include a section where we analyze and disseminate knowledge on inclusive education approaches, based on a literature review and the findings of the KIDS4ALLL project research and pilot, together with a series of policy recommendations. So far, we have developed two policy briefs, one on “Peer learning - Facilitating the integration of migrant students in education” and a second one on Lifelong Learning and Skills - Creating a Resilient Future for Migrant students in Education”.

The partners from IFE and SIRIUS presented the two policy briefs in Brussels for the Lifelong Learning Week organized by the Lifelong Learning Platform. For this event, we had the chance to share with EU stakeholders the results of the project, as well as advocate for the implementation of inclusive methodologies and didactics that foster the inclusion of migrant students.

We will soon develop the third KIDS4ALLL Policy brief, and we will share all of them on our website. Stay tuned!
